HOW TO CLAIM A PROFILE
- The first step is to create a new account (free).
- You will receive a welcome email from HomeMaven - please follow the link and login.*
- Add a password for your new account - don't forget to click SAVE.
- The home builder or real estate broker may have already started a Home Profile for your home - search and claim existing Home Profiles by using your address.
- Finally, insert the Profile ID and Password provided by the Home Profile Originator (builder, real estate broker, former homeowner, etc.).
- Congratulations - you've claimed your Home Profile!
